Successful PIECE Meeting in Berlin Sets the Stage for Next Steps in DPP Training Development

On October 8-9, the PIECE project consortium gathered in Berlin for the Team Project Meeting, where partners reviewed progress on all work packages and prepared for the next key milestone: the development of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) training program.

The training will feature three core units: the first will provide a high-level overview of the DPP concept, the second will present project-based case studies tailored to companies, and the third will focus on value chain improvements from an external perspective.

The meeting also covered essential topics such as identifying the project’s target audience, the “train-the-trainers” approach, and sustainability. Designed to introduce the DPP at a European level, this training will equip companies with the tools and knowledge to effectively implement it.  The TPM offered a valuable opportunity for partners to connect, brainstorm, and accelerate planning for the project’s next steps. The consortium is eager to share the outcomes and contribute to European companies’ training on the DPP.
