Between the end of April and early October, PIECE partners are delivering a series of pilot training sessions across several countries to test and refine the Digital Product Passport (DPP) training.
The first pilot, organised online by ASA during the CaBatt meeting on 29 April, reached 41 participants, many of whom explored the modules and provided valuable early feedback. In July, FAN3D led the following pilot session, followed by other partners in the coming months, ensuring a diverse range of participants and industry contexts are represented.
Pilots are a crucial step in validating the training content, delivery methods, and practical relevance before the programme is launched more widely. Feedback from the ASA pilot showed high levels of satisfaction with the clarity of materials, usefulness of the course, and applicability of the concepts to participants’ jobs, alongside suggestions for additional topics.
These insights will be used to fine-tune the content and structure, ensuring the final version is both effective and industry ready. Once refined, the training will be showcased during the project’s upcoming multiplier events, promoting wider adoption and supporting EU circular economy objectives.
